If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these terms and conditions to qualify for a refund or an exchange:
• Notify us within 7 days of receiving the order by emailing us at email@example.com, explaining the reason for the return or change request.
• Quote your invoice/order number.
• Items must not have be worn, damaged or altered.
• Tags and labels should be attached in the same condition as received.
• The item should be return within 10 days (from the day you receive to the day you send to A&J)
Please note, the cost of return delivery is not covered by A&J and remains the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you use tracked or registered mail service for the return of your goods as A&J cannot accept responsibility for items not received.
A&J reserves the right to refuse the return or refund of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above.
Once the return has been approved, you will be refunded in full (excluding the postage costs.) via the same method of payment used to make your purchase.
Sales items are final sale only and they can not be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept refunds from international buyers. Those sales are final.
We thoroughly check all items for faults or damages prior to dispatch. However, in the rare event where goods were faulty or damaged, please advice us immediately by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
